This information has been carefully prepared to answer your questions before you register. Please read it in full — it contains important details about the journey, payment policies, and the terms of your participation.

- • Personal expenses (calls, laundry, postage, etc.)
- • Government-imposed fee increases to sites
Details & Policies
Cancellation & Trip Insurance
No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Travel insurance — particularly “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage — is strongly recommended.
In the event of cancellation, please notify our office in writing so we can assist you in filing insurance claims.
Guest payments are non-transferable to other guests at any time.
Trip Insurance (Strongly Recommended)
A journey of this nature is a significant financial investment. We strongly recommend:
- • “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage — preferred by most guests
- • Medical and emergency evacuation coverage
- • Baggage protection
IMPORTANT: Insurance must typically be purchased within 14–21 days of your deposit to receive full benefits, including coverage for pre-existing conditions.
This insurance is designed for US citizens departing from the US. Non-US citizens should contact a local travel insurance agent.

Pricing & Payment
This is a 12-day, 5-star luxury tour. International airfare is not included. Two domestic Egypt flights (Cairo/Aswan and Luxor/Cairo) are included.
3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments — waived for check, ACH/bank transfer, or wire transfer.
Late payments jeopardize your place on the tour. Service providers in Egypt require dated guest payments to prepare for your arrival.
Tipping is collected at tour start and distributed daily on your behalf to A&K staff, guides, drivers, and restaurant staff. Please do not send to our office in advance.
